I mentioned in here before if they are not willing to publish the salary of each player I would like a club total of the amount each club spent for the year including TPA's for each grade


Would be interesting to know that the 16 million Broncos beat the 12 million Tigers


But then the illusion of a fair competition would unravel

think ur wrong , I think we have plenty to play with , add up all the players we have released and players we were paying for , but they finish this year

Think youre pretty close re $$ tbh...the issue is how much of these contracts are sponsored by 3rd parties associated with the club?Are they transparent?
For some clubs like Broncos/Dogs and Roosters in particular,it renders the salary cup virtually meaningless,which I absolutely loathe is it creates un unlevel playing field

The Wiremu Greig of 2 seasons ago yes but has to be question marks on his motivation or fitness not to get a look-in at the Eels this season.

Agreed, the whole argument about players wanting privacy over their pay is ridiculous. Half the time their pay is over quoted in the media and makes them look worse anyway.

International sports have public salaries. Public servants salaries are also made public.

The deal was $800k if his option(which means he will be shopped around and found nothing better)...or $900k if club option
Thats Isaac Moses best work(which is a whole seperate problem)...he got less for Galvin at Dogs!Allegedly..
arent sure whether Bula is worth anywhere near these $$.. athletism and potential. needs to be translated into game changing actual performance
ATM hes fairly paid at $700k..needs to get more involved and improve his defence
Think he will be snapped up by Dogs for $500k and a share in a Laundy hotel!!
