I think it's more that Souths are more than happy to let him backdoor it to 360 anytime he likes. all of their personnel are based in Sydney too.

Haas' mum is still a guest of the crown .. i wonder if Souths are able to get her moved from QLD to NSW as part of his deal .. ?? When is she allowed out .. ?? Payne still cares for looks after his younger sibling's too .. so Souths will have to move them all down as well.

Can't see the establishment rolling over to accommodate Payne Hass 'mum. Would certainly require intervention akin to a gladiatorial scale.
