Maybe posts like these are made with good intention, but they are the worst type and its better if they arent. Vague reference to a signing, claiming to have info but not sharing any of it. Then whether we sign Latrell Mitchell or Jack Stockwell, in a month or tomorrow, the poster can come back and say 'See, I told you!' I genuinely dont see the point or benefit of them, apart from making the poster feel important.

@Eca you’re looking at this with the wrong idea . It’s not that he’s paid 675 to be a centre. It’s that he can fill in at at least an average level at 1,3,6,7,9. That’s pretty freaking handy .
Craig Wing , Kurt Gidley , Shaun Berrigan all made handy careers playing this role .
And I’m pretty sure they all were captains at one point .
God even the dragons gave hunt 1 mil and he’s basically this same player .
Also I’m almost certain the dogs are still picking up a portion of his salary. It’s not until he begins his new contract that we pick up the whole tab

Good point. I like Mbye, just wish he can really shine in a particular position for us

@happy_tiger I feel you on that, however... Mbye isn’t a development player, he is on big dollars and has yet to show his worth (or half his worth even) therefore I think he has limited space for excuses.
I would rather see a young player come through and we allow that player to develop and improve.
Letting Mbye and Reynolds go ASAP would be a positive move IMO.

really don't want LM , would rather spend our money on 5-6 1st grade players spread out over forwards and backs. hes to much of a risk , and hes a sook.

If he's not shortchanged I cannot imagine Grub not going home. I like him but his injuries have been ridiculous and Bulldogs is really where he belongs. He should have been a one club player.

Dogs pitched in around 50% of the first year and a half of his salary. From 2020 on he's 100% ours.
