Im actually confused by alot of reactions.

The simple truth is we NEED a player like reynolds. We don't need him to break the line, we don't need him to run heaps, we need a kicking game, a goalkeeper and an organiser. That is him in a nut shell.

If we can we do and we over pay on a two years.

We make him work closely with madden

Maybe Interesting to see if Reynolds would be keen on the idea of reuniting with Maguire as he was well and truly over his tough disciplinarian style by the time Souths sacked him.

All he wants is a deal longer than 1 year... I'd be offering him something

800k for 2 years. Make it happen WT.

he would probably turn his nose up at us. He cheated (took drugs) because he wanted to improve/win.

He made a bad choice whether it was his choice or bad advice we will never know but he was and will be a good player would be well worth a second chance and to shake things up an offer should be made Mbye will be of contract by then so we should have the cash.

Hopefully he goes to Union. Don't need him in the NRL.

I’m in the minority on Reynolds I think he is the wrong fit for us and is exactly the type of buy we would go hard for in the past.

Yes he is a great player and would change us but next year he is 32. He is injury prone and that doesn’t ease up with age. A 2-3yr deal on high $$$ is a retirement fund.

I’m over us signing old players at the back end of the career. I want some youth & hungry players in our team.

Yeah I’d rather go for Jackson Hastings tbh.

Facilities - i know it's not the entire reason, but it sure does help when you have state of the art facilities at your disposal.

That's why i can't wait for the COE to finish and open up. If you want to play like a professional team you gotta train like one

To be fair, Cry baby Brown milked that crusher tackle more than a dairy cow, got up as soon as rookie 19 year old Blore called him a cat, ran straight at him and got levelled

And the NRL community rejoiced in laughter over what a cry baby Nathan Brown was

Read a good interview with Mick Cronin last few days and he said something pertinent about the guys on Fox, words to the effect " Do these guys forget the bad games that they had".

Cronin seems like a quality bloke. I hope that there were beers had between him and Jack Gibson down in Gerringong, I would pay money to sit at the table.

Mick Cronin is highly regarded both as a footballer and human being.
