He's a nuff tbf. All those players were mentioned in the one story by Fox as possible options due to not being signed beyond this season. Clarkey never likes to let truth get in the way of a good dribble and has fluffed up the piece to suit his own narrative.

Tariq stated last night he had two good seasons in him , a two yr deal with a third in club fav would ok .. I suppose it all revolves around any new coach !

I dont want him, but if we are serious, it can only be if Tamou is going. They're too similar and we can only really fit 1 in the squad.

We realise that these 5 are off contract, one of whom has retired. Regardless of how we feel about Brooks (who is still under contract) complaining about it on a post farewelling 5 players is pretty poor form.

Find it hard to take him seriously; is constantly crapping on anyone and everyone who doesn't share the same viewpoint. Total Cinderella thinking he's the only one suffering with the players' performance. Very negative Ya Cuz

The NRL media are such a joke. You have people like Rothfield and Kent who make things up to see how much they can influence the game. Then Hooper, Crawley, and Chammas just harvest clicks by digging into teams. Then you have the dregs at Zero tackle etc who just repost what others have reported. In my opinion, it creates a Chinese whispers that everyone starts believing and becomes the narrative.

Brett Finch pointed out the folly of not signing Finucane.
He admitted that Finucane would probably be cooked by the 4th year but by then you've had 3 years of him setting standards and holding other players to that standard. His signing also would've set in motion the signing of other players reluctant to join the club.

It was short sighted to not go huge after him and Hynes.
Those two would've brought change with them.
