He has a connection with one of our Coaching staff.
From all reports we expressed interest last year but he decided to remain at Manly.
Had few injuries but great potential at half five eight with future as ball playing lock.

Surprised to see both of the last two posts say he is a ball playing forward. He looked an out and out half in the games I saw him. I didnt recall him being that big either?

I cant imagine that Manly will screw that up that badly. If they signed Foran & lost Schuster (especially to us) they will burn Brookie down.

No way would they risk losing Schuster to sign Foran. Wishful thinking

Not getting my hopes up as there isn't much talent available this year but I see Dogs are after Matt Burton, Brandon Smith and made enquires abut Harry Grant, Stephen Crichton & Charlie Staines.. If they were to get a few of them that will drive me nuts... They are a team on the bottom part of the ladder, The Board is a circus and a very unhappy club overall but can attract better then us.. :man-facepalming:

Thinking outside the box here - We should target Players for 2022 (after Nov 1) as we will have a lot more money available and once signed there current club may release them earlier to create space in there cap??

yeah, it's as if they want as many halves as we have this year, something has to give, but I doubt it's Schuster.

If he will be Foran’s understudy, I guess that means he will be playing about 20 games

2022 will be a smorgasbord If we can sign anyone decent .

I don’t think we will. 2021 will most likely continue our Winter of discontent. I reckon we will try to give some of the younger group experience, wait for the cap to improve and make a dash at the semis in 2022.

Sad at the present moment we have only Tamou as a confirmed signing for 2021. Please WT Board give us fans some more signings otherwise 2021 is going to be aanother lost year.

I noticed the Bulldogs have let one of our old players Jessie Sue go. Lucky to pick up a club in 2021. Too many head knocks and only played a handful of good games.

I really hope we give Madden a real shot in the pre season at half back if we don't get Burton.
