I would take Folau in a heartbeat. Make it happen tigers.

Wouldn't go near that filth and he's spent so long out of rugby league there's no way he'd be that good transitioning back.

Filth? Really? Has he beaten or glassed his partner, gotten drunk and terrorised a family, raped a woman or smashed a guys head in? That’s the kind of person I would glass as filth and sadly there are, and has been, several of them running around in the NRL over the years.

I would be very happy to have Reynolds with us for 2 years. It appears Brooks does not want to organize the side, nor is he capable. Brooks, in my opinion, would excel as a running five eight. Douiehi could replace that log B.J. in the centre and would not let us down. The goal kicking would have to go to Reynolds first.

If it’s down to either the Tigers or Titans .. where do you think he select .. we have Packer, Garner, and CheeKam .. Titans have Wallace, Tino and Fafita .. 🤪

Not a fair comparison really... None of them 3 will not be with us next year when he would join if he choose us.

I don't hate Reynolds but I also take notice of clubs that move on players who they no longer value ahead of those they choose to keep. He is a great front runner - but we need some one who can lead an underperforming team. The pressure will be just as much on him as it has been with Mybe and JRey and I don't think he has the mentality or will to manage what comes with the responsibility and the pay cheque he will collect to take on the job. His passion is with South's and he should stat there just like Sutton did. Happy to be proven wrong but we have been down this path before.

The thing is Souths want him.
They aren’t discarding him.
Like Sutton who played another 4yrs with them, they will only work on 1yr deals to manage the cap.

Location could play a big part if were the only sydney team in talks, got 4 kids i believe

Do they? They have set their terms knowing they don't meet with what Reynolds wants and are not budging. To me that says take it or leave it.

The chairman is a lawyer and a businessman and knows its anrgument he doesent want to be involved in given many players and supporters are religious but the club will not be signing Folau

For the right deal - for all concerned parties and as an experiment, I personally would love to see how Izzy would go in the present day pressure cooker of the NRL. Hopefully still succeeding. That boy was such a gifted athlete in both Union & League. He was a beast and a pleasure to watch, because of his abilities, skills and the smiles and joy he brought to the viewing audience. Go Weststigers!

Lee said would be an James roberts type contract if we went down that path

I’m no lawyer but if a nrl club gave him a contract think it would be hard for nrl to refuse. He’s no criminal. He’s a footballer who cares about all the other crap.

He’s done nothing wrong at the nrl as yet.

I saw that in the paper. Mick Liubinskus was the board member. It said the West magpies side of the board werent happy. I thought they were the board.

Hopefully us.... wonder how much he's asking. He's still young but he's also played origin, then again wingers don't normally get paid bucket loads. Club would be silly not to chase him although doubt we get him

Would be nice to be linked to anyone decent for next year, been very quiet on the rumours front besides the Naden thing

Morris boys are retiring at the end of the year, so my guess he will be on the Chooks radar

I couldn’t agree more he isn’t filth, he’s following his religion to the letter of the law. Is that what most people think is ok including myself no probably not. But he’s entitled to his opinion if you dig around a couple of other religions and if most folks followed them by the letter of the law it would shock most people in society. I’d take Izzy but can understand why the club would distance themselves also.

Freedom of speech these days is you agreeing with what the mainstream want you to agree with. I’m so confused why he is not allowed to have an opinion on homosexuality based on his religious beliefs. If you don’t agree with him don’t follow the religion he follows.
