The writing is on the wall for Brooks. He’s had 7 odd years to get us to finals. He needs a change, he just can’t be a dominant playmaker.

Hastings is an upgrade at a cheaper price. Can also play lock or hooker.

I don’t see the down side.

Where does this “he’s had 7 years!” argument come from? How many years has the bloke had a stable team/coach around him?

We've replaced almost every other player in the team. It's the definition of building a club around him. Hasn't worked.

I don't blame him for that, he's had some terrible coaching in the past which has stifled his career.

Barring a couple of rookies the club has plugged holes with teams leftovers or players looking for a lifeline. Pretty dodgy rebuild I’d that’s the case.

Probably wanted to end the media drama about it and get it out of the way. Might have to do with time zones in England too but that's just a random guess

After that bloke in bar interview and the fact being that all the negatives against him happened 3 years ago I rate it. Definitely more deserving of another chance than alot of other blokes running around atm.

I personally think it’s a fantastic signing I think Jackson’s game will complement nicely with Adam’s both are very composed and confident players. I would be worried if I was Luke.

You know it's not always as simple as that with contracts. He said we were signing him before anyone else so good on him. Like I said he was half right - that's half more than anyone else.
