So is munster getting the flick from Melbourne ??

I would suggest no, he's not.

Don’t be to confident of that … Bellamy and the Storm are not happy campers at present , someone will be shown the door I reckon.

Apparently Bellamy was livid a few years ago when Bromwich had a little snort of coke.
So he would be really pissed a Smith and Munster.

Its funny how people say madge is too intense and yells at his players, etc
But Bellamy does it more so

Only difference is WT culture

Winners get away with more, simple fact of life.

@GNR4LIFE whats wrong with signing blokes from Q cup ?

When they are the only players you can attract, you have problems.

Im talking signing some of the players in q cup to play for our cup side and grow their game more and eventually through the year get a crack at nrl not come into our squad straight away just clarifying that

Saluma for Burleigh big boy center who runs hard and fast with some late footwork would grow into a good player could even get a run at second row with a beautiful mullet

Nico another center who looked dangerous every touch and a late off load and fast across field

Your idea has merit however if we want to make the most of the success of the strength of our Jersey Flegg team we really need to fill the bulk of our Reserve grade team with the players that are too old for the Jersey Flegg side.

Alot of talent comes through Q cup.

Grant, Munster, Hynes.
Drinkwater, Cherry Evans.
Even the champion players like Cronk, Smith and Slater.

Literally so many good players come through Queensland cup.

Difference is Bellamy has set up an elite system that gets the best out of almost every player that plays there

Madge gave us the worst defensive structures we've ever had

Looking forward to a worse season next year ?

Long way to go to be our worst year. The flog JT got us to equal last even lamb wasnt that bad and he thought it was ok for a bloke to put his fingers up an oppositions players rear end

Suggestion: Matt Burton. All class and only a 2 year deal with the dogs. From what’s on show will be a hero of the game. Big $ player on a steal at the dogs, prob won’t stay.

Gus has already said he signed on too low at the bulldogs and that he'll look to bump up his contract.

Gus said he doesn't believe in keeping higher performing players on low contracts.

Wouldn't it be nice if we had someone at the tigers saying the same thing

Did anyone watch the Q cup games a few of the boys for Burleigh were really good should look at a few q cup squads for players

If that’s what our club has to resort to, might as well hand the licence back to the NRL.

Cody walker debuted at 25 picked up from QLD cup

Only problem is we don’t have any “High performing players”

Melbourne literally produce all their talent from Q Cup, as do the broncos, cowboys and titans. Of course there's gems in there, same as NSW Cup

I'd say Stefano and Daine are playing well above their current salary

How come with all this talk of Munster being on the nose and not the player he was 12 months ago did Melbourne let Hynes go. I thought they were supposed to be the most astute club on the planet yet they couldn't see this happening.

The stocks of Penrith defensive coach Cameron Ciraldo continue to rise. The Panthers have clearly been the best defensive side over the past two seasons. He can now sit back and wait for the right head coaching offer, which most rookie coaches don't usually get the chance to do.

Because they probably have another gun junior waiting in the wings. They always do.
