Heilum Luki's contract situation is still up in the air, he may well still be available. if we nab him I'd be inclined to let Garner go.

Luki should be touring the facilities soon as lockdown is now over.

Considering this is mentioned in addition to the Dev players I’d say either Luki is playing hard to get or they have him on a train and trial contract.

Well raiders just signed David Hola from the cowboys.

So they will need the space even more if they are planning on adding Elliot.

Big and powerful at 110kg and 192cm, Hola has been granted a release from the final year of his 2022 contract at the Cowboys to leave the club for Canberra.
