The Wests Tigers have increased their halves depth for the upcoming NRL season by signing Canterbury utility Brandon Wakeham.
Wakeham signed a one-year deal with the Tigers on Monday as a back-up for first-choice halves Luke Brooks and Adam Doueihi.
Veteran coach Tim Sheens signed the 24-year-old after being impressed with his performances last year, after he started the season in first grade before leading the NSW Cup side to the grand final.
He’s an important signing for the Tigers, given they’ve lost Jackson Hastings to Newcastle and Jock Madden to Brisbane.

But madden said he didn’t want to clean the players boots any more , so we let him go , because he had no other use 🤔Should have kept Madden........

He is I thinkSo we take dogs rejects to they can sign Moses... that sounds about right.
I hope he is not taking our last spot in the top 30
not entirely sure that a free agent on minimum wage is going to alter the Mitch Moses situation. the signing of Wakeham is perfect. excellent in Cup and can handle the rigours of first grade well enough and will benefit under the coaching of Sheens and Marshall. not sure what you expected. So we take dogs rejects to they can sign Moses... that sounds about right.
