It's good that Galvin and his parents can see the dire straights the Tigers are in at the moment and would love to help the team out. NOT!
Never step aside and allow someone else to possibly take your favoured position.
If threatened it's time to spit the dummy and ask for a release. Starting to feel like another Stef in the making.
Richo and Benji have some big egos to overcome until we get some decent replacements that they approve of.

Reading to many headlines the young lad. Respect comes from digging in when times are tough, not jumping ship esp. with a contract in place. Great role models the parents if they’re agitating for the release.

I think he will get around to it.

He issued that press release a month or so ago asking us members and fans to be patient.

R&R is very secretive because players and their managers etc are so fickle.

But I’ve said it a million times that our brains trust R&R needs a massive upgrade. We really need to poach the talented officials. Other clubs do it all the time.

We’ve been muddling through it and have been found out countless times.

Everyone involved in our r&r is well intended but not at the level we need.

Then Benji is struggling on top of that and seems out his depth. We know who his role models are and regrettably there’s a few clowns amongst them.

When he started shedding tears at the early demise of Tim, I thought he was trapped in the matey view of the world.

As Richo says, you have to be brutal and aim not sure Benji has the stomach for it.

Richo has wisely piled up the fortunes of the club on Benji, so he can skate through when Benji falls over.

“if you love the club Benji, you’ll step aside. Well give you a great cover story so you don’t lose face.”

And as we know, Benji and his reputation mean the world to him.
 
Ok 9 losses in a row….that sux…..but what really pisses me off? We had 50 put on against us and statically I can confirm that we will not win the GF in 2024. No team has ever done so. On the bright now have to just be patient and wait for 2025 for a chance!

That’s how the salary cap works, the weak clubs are paying elite player salaries to average players. So at the end of the day the Weststigers salary cap probably buys in quality about 40% less than the good teams…and it shows in results.

So your only hope is the pathways road, but than you get them jumping ship when it gets to hard
