Ok so let's go through this.

Bateman is going to be less effective because he's only coming back for the $$$. So why complain if he doesn't come back? Tier 1 international in name only. Doesn't play that way anymore.

Stef is not an origin player. Played a few minutes off the bench in a dead rubber.

Papalii is probably a 50/50 loss, but considering he was going to be on 750k, I think we get more out of other options.

Let's be honest, these mugs were hardly having a go for us. What have we lost exactly?

Our new Prop came on the field, and I watched him for 10min or so, then I needed toilet break and when I came back to the TV he was gone, so I looked at player stat's and saw he was on feild for grand total of 12 minutes,
Was he injured or hooked.

Probably neither. He doesn’t have a lot of minutes in him. You are going to get so tired of people calling him overweight and unfit next year. You know it’s coming.
 
I feel Hethrington will be a good get if rumours of him touring the COE this week are true, set and forget mobile lock who will be on alot less than Ice.
Hunt as an impact prop will fill a role but would not be a direct replacement for Uto, we still need a big bopper who can play highish minutes and effectively lead the pack.
RCG would be the most obvious pick.

Nobody wants Bateman back except for I Moses..I strongly doubt he will return under Benji.but he likely needs to be replaced
Stefano picked for SOO on potential..what we hoped he wld be,and offered him $4mill to stay ... needs to be replaced.Hunt not a starting prop atm..but good pick up
ICE on fair $$ for his reputation..he too needs to be replaced.
Rite now,the 3 time spoon winners forwards net net are going backwards

Just remember, he said before he signed “his retirement contract” with the WT, Hunt said he would’ve been comfortable to retire from the game, then us mugs came along…just doesn’t sound good for us, but I hope I’m wrong…we don’t need another Joey Laluia…heart not in it player
