Montoya official, Dogs until end of 2026Sorry Demps. What it say.
Agree. Good players is the last thing we need.Phew,
Montoya is Good player but Not what the Tigers needed right now
Broncos lacked that physical edge last year. My bet is Pat moves to front row and Kobe locks down the lock role as a hitman for their team.Cmon, be real. He's a Broncos junior, loves the club, doesn't want to leave, but if there's no opportunities for him then he'll go. When told opportunities would be limited he explored options, new coach says there's a spot for you so now he will probably stay. Absolutely nothing we can control in this narrative, other than try getting him to ignore his passion for his club by offering massive overs. Which we shouldn't have done.
So rules out To'o to Dogs to join his mate Critta & end of JAC at the Dogs.Montoya official, Dogs until end of 2026
So good that the Warriors are letting him go while under contract.Agree. Good players is the last thing we need.
Not having a crack at you but players like Garner and Staines will always look better when they have enough elite players around them.I never thought Garner was a bad player like you must have so that’s not a great example IMO. Panthers already have Ipap, Garner, Sorensen & Martin as first grade back rowers not sure why they would need another, that’s a borderline stupid suggestion… As for Staines, well there’s a reason everyone on here is excited to see Skelton & Turuva come.
Statistically the only thing that’s really changed for both those guys is the win/loss column. Not having a crack at you but players like Garner and Staines will always look better when they have enough elite players around them.
JAC to the dragons would seem unlikely if they sign Gutho as it would push Sloan to the wing.So rules out To'o to Dogs to join his mate Critta & end of JAC at the Dogs.
So who will join the WT, To'o or JAC or donut? Maybe To'o to Tigers, JAC to Panthers? Oh the drama!!! lol

We need a Gun Prop above all thingsAgree. Good players is the last thing we need.
I’m not saying panthers wouldn’t take Tigers players, you are putting words in my mouth. What I’ve clearly stated is panthers WILL NOT give up the best winger in the comp for Bateman & Staines… the fact you think it’s even possible just shows you have no ideaI liked Garner.
I said he wasn't retained by the wooden spooners, which is factually correct and a literal perfect example to refute to nonsense you dribbled on your previous post. The pretence that all squad members of a wooden spoon side would be unwanted by a top side is verifiably false and, as that was the crux of your point, the point, too, was false.
That type of argument is a lazy approach, often made by a superficial understanding of the complexities involved in player movements and squad formation.
Papali'i will likely play in the middle as has been suggested in several corners since he signed with them. Garner is a backup. So that leaves them available to add some experience in their pack with an edge like Bateman. They may have zero interest.
But, once again, this is a suggestions thread. Where people make suggestions.
As for your reasoning for Staines, once again, not many synapses working well here. Turuva has been signed to play centre, but is an upgrade on Staines, Skelton appears to be also. None of that takes away from the possibility that Staines may have some appeal to the Panthers as a squad player. If they were to lose To'o, they would have lost their starting wingers from the GF, as well as Iongi from the lower grades, leaving the McLeans, Kepaoa and Laurie as wing depth for now.
Try to have some nuance when you're discussing things.
Yea I agree 100%. Panthers would of course take a player like Staines for depth & have already signed plenty of other tigers players for it in past. My point was if you think a trade with him & To’o is realistic you are delusional IMO. Next thing we will here Leota for Klemmer needs to be done… 😂Not having a crack at you but players like Garner and Staines will always look better when they have enough elite players around them.
