Sukkar has literally had 25 minutes....not sure about Tim J .....how many games of NRL ......like you can't even look Tim up on Wiki lol

When JAC got done and Gould came out so publicly backing him, I said straight away Gould was setting it up so he could sack him and have no backlash. He deliberately made himself look like a fool by backing JAC so when the truth came out everyone would say "he has to sack him". So it got me thinking, is Richo talking up our spine so the possible sacking of Benji if we fail to get results, will be more acceptable to the media and fans? I suggested this a couple of weeks ago by saying that’s what I thought Richo was thinking. Then I got shouted down by someone saying how would I know what Richo was thinking when most people don’t even know what they are thinking.

I agree Richo has been very bullish and ai also feel it is to put pressure on Benji.

He's not even in the top 30... He has 6 props in front of him in the pecking order, 7 if you include Seyfarth. I honestly believe its more likely that he doesnt even play a single NRL game next season than him playing 1.

People acting like it’s a done deal. The guy is a dead shit. The fact he was happy to risk throwing his career in the toilet while being apart of the best side of the modern era should be a huge red flag. No question of his talent. The guy is an absolute beast. But all the talent in the world is pretty useless if you are a maniac off the field.

Call me old fashioned but I’m still a believer that the proper way to Firsts is to absolutely bash the door down in reserve grade. Melbourne is still going about it that way - star reserve grade players like Grant, Pezet, Faalongo who had to do a proper apprenticeship.

Can’t for the life of me see how anyone in our reserves earned a first grade opportunity in the last few years.

We’re obviously in a building phase, hopefully to a point where first grade jerseys are harder to earn.

I don’t confess to know these blokes at all , sounds like they grew up in some pretty rough circumstances.

Didn’t Benji have a bit of battling upbringing too? Single mum etc etc

Maybe he does have that Bennett magic dust with these sort of kids? Pure speculation on my part.

Your upbringing is no excuse. Millions of people have rough upbringings and grow up to be normal functioning adults. And he’s had a luxury not many of those people have, by being good enough to make lots of money. Atm though, he seems happy to squander his good fortune.
