I recommend trying ashwagandha. It is a supplement that has helped my anxiety and panic disorder in a BIG way. You can find it in the chemist near fish oil etc.

Used to have a lot of trouble getting back to sleep after getting up for a leak halfway through the night.

Have been using ashwagandha (Caruso's) since December 1/2 hour before bed it took about a week to start working but the results were great getting much improved sleep now, it does have a calming effect.

I had strange symptoms that were easily passed off as indigestion or whatever. Meanwhile a cancer was growing up and around my pancreas. The surgeon said it was like it had grown arms and legs and was bear hugging my pancreas, oh and it’s grab onto your main artery too. 18 months if ya lucky.
Due to the these Doctors and chemo, that some knuckleheads wanna bag, I am alive 2,5 years and counting, 9% will make it to 5 years and I am making plans for more.

Go and get it checked out, and get a second opinion to be sure. Quite often the miss diagnose, we are all human. It sounds like a pain in the ass, but ya ass don’t hurt when ya dead.

Good to see you’re still kicking mate…. I’m a tad over 5 years into a life I might not have had.
Unfortunately chemo didn’t like me. Had 3 weeks worth the first time and it shut my kidneys down. Tried about 3 weeks later with a very small dose and did the same thing. Was stuck with a ton of radiation on my face and neck.
Not much fun… but it’s good to be alive.

I actually take it in the morning. Really helps anxiety during the day

hahahahahaha i have a feeling 9th place has our club written all over it. tho it is hard to go for the dogs even when it helps our ladder position. I’ll gladly accept my ROTY award thank you buttface!

I think 9th is actually very unlikely. There's going to be a logjam of teams on 28 points and if we're one of them we'll be right at the bottom of it due to for and against. Any less than 28 and we won't be close to 9th, any more (which involves winning all four remaining games) and we'll probably make 8th.

They said that South Sydney are making a play on both Fifita and Tino. Fifita is pretty much a done deal already but they have to wait till November for Tino

We have arguably the best health system in the world here with really great people involved so we should never be scared of getting something checked.

Sometimes it’s not about being scared, sometimes it’s just a pain in the butt to have to go get a scan/test. I am sick of them. But the sooner they catch it the easier it is to save your life.

Yeah bloody chemo, can be hit and miss. Mrs Uncle got 5 rounds in and the doctors took him off it. I did all 12, had to have a couple of one week breaks, but I gritted teeth and probably shouldn’t have as I still have terrible side affects. But ya don’t have side effects when ya dead. 😎

I have ulcers in my asofugus from binge drinking from 16, and have had bad heart burn all my life, so it was an easy one to over look, but when I was struggling to finish one beer after mowing lawn on a hot day, you know your in trouble.

BTW, I can’t spell. Numbers rule.
