We are the Wests Tigers not the Balmain Tigers not the Wests Magpies the Wests Tigers. Why should the club still have to appease a growing minority who can't get over the fact their clubs died in 1999. There is a Magpie on the sleeve & Balmain & Wests logos on the back of the jersey that is more than enough.

I don't want the club to be torn apart. Most supporters will not remember Wests or Balmain and I am more than happy with WTs' jersey but compromise may be necessary in the interests of stability.
I find the ones who complain the loudest are old rusted ons themselves. Just on the other side.

It’s the colour or to much of one colour that those knobs are complaining about , jeezus it’s not hard you simply tell the team who design the thing , we need 3 colours , white , black , orange , equal amounts in both home and away , simple , or , we need 40 % black 40% orange , 20% white , make it happen , but I feel HBG board just wants the power now the others fixed the previous mess up , NRL needs to come down hard and clean this up , maybe they should design the home and away strip , no input from anyone

Seems they were looking for any excuse to regain full control meaning the review done a couple of years ago is comepletely pointless now. They agreed to implement the changes form the review and have backflipped on them and set us backwards again.
It is just the faceless few who since 1980's have been a destabilizing factor at West. Nothing's changed or will it.
