Someone will suggest he move to the back row at some point.Definitely. A Staggs type
Cook has joined the tigers, castleford thoI’d be looking at getting Cook away from the dragons this year . Especially if they’re not renewing him .
He’s got maybe 2 years left , including this one . So 18month deal , gives Heyward now 3 blokes in front of him , which slows down any desire to debut him early , and allows him time to move forward , ready to go when he’s 21/22 in 2028.
parents mateWeird aye seen he has an E Book coming out like wtf? Not sure if it's his or his parents doing but the kid hasn't even played a game of NRL yet.
I've never minded him to be honest. I'd prefer him to Hope as a stopgap until Heywood is ready.tyson smoothy has reached out to the club around a move (as well as basically everyone else)
can play 9/12/13
doubt it happens, not much of an appetite from us
We'd be silly to pass it up... much better then Hope & gives Haywood more time.tyson smoothy has reached out to the club around a move (as well as basically everyone else)

I doubt we'd engage yet with Smoothy until we give Tristan Hope every chance. If Hope doesn't meet Benji's expectations over the coming weeks, then perhaps. We'd be silly to pass it up... much better then Hope & gives Haywood more time.
That’d be Tim Sheens.Someone will suggest he move to the back row at some point.
Yes please....would be for 28, PNG and Penrith probably in the box seat:Paul Alamoti going to test his value on the open market. We should be all over this. Gun right centre who can also goal kick.
be mad if they didn't cash inDon’t be surprised to see Martin, Yeo and Cleary all go up there in 28. What more is there to achieve at the Panthers? They could easily have another premiership by the end of 27. They could link up with their boy and suddenly the band is back together. To’o might go as well.
PNG will definitely get a piece of the Panthers. The only question is how big of a piecebe mad if they didn't cash in
PNG get a leg up WA get none - as of yet .rules are rules for some .PVL has to be at his best to hose down the coming backlashPNG will definitely get a piece of the Panthers. The only question is how big of a piece
I think that would be great or at least an origin line upPart of me wants to see PNG that well stacked (Aussie rep team n bench} signed ,just to prove what a fool's belief it has always been - 'The Salary Cap"
i like your longevity bonuses,PVL stated that the Dolphins as it ended up ,or any team entering the NRL under his watch ,will not get a dispensation ,heritage olde times for teams that forged this game blah blah , Its ok to change tact , do as afl do ,plz be honest with the true life blood of the game, us commoners that are looking to stretch the family budget to go to the footyI think that would be great or at least an origin line up
It would have been interesting if each player for the first 5 years received a $125K a year sign on bonus per year tax free
A one year contract 125K
A two year contract $250k
A three year contract 375K
And so on I think that would have been better
And I also think the bears players should receive a 50K a year travel bonus per year for the first 5 years then 30K a year for the next 5 just to help getting players over there moving costs and family travel
I don't understand why do it if your not willing to help out the NRL should have done better
