A good signing for us .?
Is it possible he comes before June 30 ?
Would he be in our first grade team over Herbert & Toa .?
May / Averillo or May / Macca centre pairing ?
Can he play wing and Fullback ?
How much coin do we think it would cost for him $ ?

Averillo plays right side. May and Maka play left. He instantly becomes our best right centre and has Turuva outside him. Maka on the left wing

He becomes right centre. Problem solved as we don't have one

The dropped ball was bad but you are way too harsh about the miss on Kiraz. One on one with the attacker having momentum wins that battle a lot. Would have been a great tackle. Seyfarth the only one to be critical there in that try, maybe Laui as well.

Agreed. Bula also slipped when Kiraz stepped. Seyfarth just basically got pushed off by a bloke 20kgs smaller than him

Yeah and hardly set the world on fire, after that many games he should be doing better then he is, he's in his prime. His form suggests hes just another average player, nothing special.

Also, he's behind Vostock and Farnworth for a reason. Hopefully it isn't form and something else, he might come good

Turns out its Avarillo. 😭 Temu version of Katoa. Still a good player in his own right but as a Luai replacement, im not sold.

I would think Luai's replacement is Latu vs Javon Andrews who are both already at the club. Averillo fills the huge deficiency we have at right centre and back up fullback

Not convincing he's better than what we currently have. Better in that he is faster and more versatile but not sure he's actually a better centre.

He's a miles better centre than Herbert or To'a

Not sure he is better than Toa. His defence throughout his career is as bad or worse than Toa's but generally with better defenders around him.
He was defending well enough with just the occasional bad patches this year prior to his injury but if that was a good patch or his new standard remains to be seen.
His attack is quality but more a guy that needs to be put into space rather than create space for himself. I do like the idea of speed to burn running off KPP but I'm far from convinced he is the great signing others are suggesting he will be.

If you're not sure Averillo is better than To'a then you're either blind or haven't watched any footy

Averillo is no mug in 7 games this year he has 6 tries, 2 try assists, 18 tackle breaks averages 176m a game and tackle efficiency 91%

Taylan in 6 games has 5 trys, 2 try assists, 24 tackle breaks, 121m a game and 84% tackle efficiency.

Not a fair comparison as dolphins attack is much better and we have had injuries but some that think he’s average aren't watching dolphins games.

His versatility is what i have been posting about with recruitment we need more players that can play multiple positions well. Another goal kicker doesn't hurt either.

Taylan May is flighty as a player. With his mental health he will need times out of the game.

Would love it for Averillo to be another quality center option. We cannot rely on May and having Makasini/Tino T complete for spots in the backline sounds good.

Just unsure if AD + Madden is the best halves pairing. It would be one of the Cheapest halves pairing in the NRL.

He looks impressive and knows how to play right centre. He and Tuvuna could be lethal, especially as Tuvuna has been crucified of late.
