What Douhi has done is absolutly disgraceful. I dont know which player would better compliment Andrews in the halves, irrespective, if Douhi is dissappointed hes been asked to go to lock which is totally undestandable, you speak about it in private with the coach. You never undermine the coach in front of anyone in particular the younger guys coming through. You never make demands about anything, hes not entitled to anything. Especially now the clubs in its lowest point in ages where we need our leaders to gather the group togeather and rally them all to help us get out of this slump, one of the leaders in our squad begins carrying on like a petulant child. What an absolute disgrace. Is it the right or wrong decision, iv no idea. Though in the end it is Benji who pays the price for it. Not Douhi. As a leader if hes asked to do something he doesnt want to, he should just grin and do the best he can and set an example. If this is his attitude. Time to go.
 
is this not Doueihi’s first time having a sook about positions? He’s a good player but not a 7, more of a centre imo. I’d be ringing every club tonight see who’d they swap for him. Dongahue from dolphins if they don’t extend Nikorima (AD to 6), see if the panthers wanna persist with the blaize talagi experiment, cash in on him now cause clearly he doesn’t fit into benji’s plans for the future.

We’re on our way to second last. We won’t get the spoon, but we will finish the season the worst team. If you think he’s good enough to crack a halves spot at another club, why isn’t he good enough here? Going into 27 with Latu and Andrews as our first choice halves and Madden as back up is suicide. Any combination of the three is.

I don’t see how he survives this ..he has walked out at close to their lowest point

He’s a 6, not a 7. Javon is also a 6, not a 7. And guess what, Luai is also a 6, not a 7. The thing is Doueihi can play other positions (centres, lock, wing and even fullback on a pinch) yet has had a [This word has been automatically removed] when he’s been moved out of the halves to benefit the team. In the judiciary he said “I love being out there with the boys. I want to help turn our season around again. It’s a good opportunity to go down to Canberra this week.” (Happy to provide a source) yet has a sook when he’s put in a team first position.

Frankly our cap and time can be spent better than catering to a delusional 6 who is hellbent on thinking he’s a 7 when we have Javon and latu in the wings. Thats just my 2 cents tho.
 
Sorry people but I think Benji has made a big boo boo, whilst I totally disagree with
AD losing his marbles and going home,
I feel dropping LUAI would have been the best option for the team, we do not owe LUAI anything all the distractions to our team as far as im concerned are totally due to LUAI ever since he signed with PNG.
AD at least does more on the field than LUAI does.
Now it seems we will need to look for a replacement for AD, as I think he will now ask for a release.

Here we go again, giving the media another back page headline. Not blaming the club, AD needs to grow up and do what the coach wants. Benji has to get his best 17 available players to Canberra and if that means a player playing out of position..so be it.

The club should send AD off for his shoulder job and he can start it fresh next year

Agree 100%, big call but they need to sack AD they can not have a player refuse to do what the coach wants. Team first !!!
