I don't usually but (rightly or wrongly) the club can't get out of its own way, the decision makers have burnt Sheens and I imagine there are a few others who don't want to get involved. Then within the media you have a few of our legends who take every opportunity to join the pile on.
The club needs to be ripped out from the ownership level and rebuilt completely, almost as if it were an expansion club.

Mate he had them fighting all last season and this year the first 6 games putting effort in then came the coach excuse and the players folded

He would help the defence and tackling technique and effort into games then go get yourself a new attacking coach and start from scratch

💯 Odessa, Flanagan has tons of experience, he’s open to coming here and the bloke has had success, sign him up pronto; our present assistant coaches are not up to scratch imo. Haphazard defensive lines making park football mistakes most weeks !! Attack is disjointed , contrary to what a lot of people are saying , I see players trying hard but super-frustrated through poor coaching.
While we’re hiring , bring in someone of the calibre of “ the whisperer”, Joe Wehbe,who has helped a lot of players/teams in the NRL. The team needs a psychological reboot.
Players need direction!! Desperate times need desperate measures. Finally don’t play Luai for rest of the season, his head is not in the WT game now!!

I’ll give SM the benefit of the doubt, how he reacts to this will be telling.

Richo pleaded for stability and told us there would be these rocky times before the success. If you look at his previous clubs that’s how it goes.

I don’t know how we can get change at ownership level they all protect themselves and hang out Benji, Richo, Lee, Pascoe, Sheens etc to dry. It feels hopeless

Unfortunately it’s great to be a club legend, but of no use if you aren’t capable of doing your job. Richo was the only success in recent memory and HBG took the rug from under him.

I've been saying it for ages, when does it get to a point when vilandys says enough is enough, and the NRL takes over this franchise, i don't know if that can happen there's probably better minds on here than me that would know, there has to come a time when vilandys says your constant infighting is harming the NRL brand and either takes full control or removes our licence

Galvin was gone before he had a chance to work it

Galvin didn’t kile Benji and it was over when he got there - much like when cleary arrived at tigers too late and couldn’t rescue moses, teddy and woods - the damage had been done and they were one foot out the door.

Richo was stuck with benji when he got. There and had to stick up for the coach. If Richo were still around now - benji wouldn’t have a $1m salary for 5 yrs ! And he would probably sack him.

He was on a flight the next day to get adam Reynolds in Brisbane

Yes he achieved good things elsewhere, but not here…and ran away rather than tough it out. If that impressed you 👍🏼 I’m a harder marker.

Yeah, as much as this feeling of sack these useless pricks is the rally cry, getting rid of Benji now just hits the ship's hull with another cannon ball.

If you want this to happen you need to be at peace with another 5-year overhaul caused by the player movement who are pissed with Benji being shunted.

Another rinse and repeat, is your patience up for it again.
