Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I need someone to talk me out of my Tigers sadness.

I just can’t stop thinking about this decision to sign an attack coach as our defence coach.

There are two states worth of cup teams running around. Surely there is a defensive oriented coach amongst one of them whose performance demands an opportunity?

Sorry to make something sound binary that’s not binary but…

Is our workplace brand truly so bad that we can’t attract anyone with runs on the board?

Or

Is this some kind of naive arrogance that we can see untapped, unproven defensive coaching ability?

I don’t know the circumstances with schuster but if he’s on the road to redemption in first grade you’d think he would return early.
Just my opinion. For all I know he might have trained his arse off and has been advised to take a break

I understood the assistant coaching role was the subject of a recruitment process via Linkedin?
