Robbie knows reggies

Question is though , will Robbie like Reggies ??

And how will Robbie react to Reggies

Probably not play. Fitness aside there's not much point playing Farah in the twos particularly if it stops someone younger getting the experience. I'm thinking it's NRL or bust.

Obviously a new coach might have a different view but my guess was that this conversation would have been had prior to Faah re-signing. He's got nothing to learn from playing reggies and I think even his harshest critics would acknowledge that his professionalism has never been in question when it comes to training, staying in shape and so forth. So I would assume there was an agreement in place that while he's not guaranteed a first-grade place he's also not going to be forced to play reserves unless he and the coach agree that there's some value to be gained (eg coming back from an injury).

TBH even if Liddle goes well it's hard to imagine he'll be ready to play 80 minutes every week so, unless Maguire has a better idea about who might be able to fake hooker for 20 minutes than Cleary, Farah is probably going to be on the first-grade bench most weeks anyway.

If only I had a dollar for every time someone used the term “hard running back rower” or “hard running centre”. What absolute garbage descriptions. Aren’t all players supposed to run hard?

You'd think so, but they all don't really do they. Fairly obvious that we've got some back rowers that we want to rid for that exact reason - hence the description. Same goes for the "impact" prop in contrast to the plodder type front rowers that are going around - this type of player actually can come off the bench and come up with aggressive carries that punch through the line and create some damage - strong post contact metres and perhaps an offload. Describe it better?

Golden Boot winner Makinson declares NRL interest
Rugby League fans in the southern hemisphere could become even more familiar with Golden Boot winner Tommy Makinson in the future after he became the next Super League player to declare his interest in joining the NRL.

Winger/fullback. not the biggest guy but he did beat Teddy and DZW for the Golden Boot.

I heard today we were looking at Sam Kasiano. Not sure why.

Better when he had the weight on at the Bulldogs instead of the slimmed down version at the storm imo.
