This seasons recruitment / retention will be key.
I would let go the following Farah, Marshall, Rochow, MCK. Offload McQueen, Eiso.
Sign Mikalele, Aloai, Thompson, Fonua, Dylan Smith, McIntyre, Garner, Lawrence.

The problem we have is no big money players are off contract and quite a few players need upgrades. We need some of our juniors to come through otherwise we will be solid but not great until 2021 season.

Esan is a very talented player but far too inconsistent as a goal kicker. If by some small hope we scored four tries yesterday, we still would have lost on conversions.
