Didn’t realise Kahu had gone to nth Queensland. Why the hell did we not throw the sink at him - a fast goal kicking centre? Maybe we did? Far out our recruitment is frustrating. Imo he should have been a HUGE priority.

You could have watched all 80 minutes of every Cowboys game before this & you still may not realise he had gone there. He has done nothing until that last pass tonight.

Forget the sink, he is not worth a used toilet

Well I can’t argue with that because I’ve watched most games this year and hadn’t noticed and surely I was sober for some of them?

He wasn't too bad at the Broncos but has gone downhill so far at the Cowboys. Mind you, the Cows are playing terrible all round. Obviously they miss JT and Taumalolo, but I would've thought they had a bit more firepower left in the team to at least play better than they have been.

I bet they're ruing that Barba stuffed up again and put an end to his NRL career because they have zero spark in the backline. TMM has to be the most ineffective fullback going around and the worst player to ever don a NZ jersey.

Yep I feel the same. Thought the guy was gonna be a superstar a couple of seasons ago, but he has done squat for quite a while now.

@Harvey I've never rated Kahu, he's too slow and not strong enough im the tackle. Reminds me of Justin O'Neill, where he does a few good things and people start to think he can play, but watch him every week and it's mostly ordinary.

I watched him closely in his first few seasons because he reneged on that Tigers scholarship.

What I will give him is that he can kick.

Now if you want a decent value proposition I've always liked Anthony Don, bit I think he extended w Titans last year.

@TYGA I would be happy with some of these players, they are better than what we have. Two players I would like to add is Brayden McGrady & Braden Hamlin-Uele. And maybe find a good young winger with pace & height running around in Canterbury Cup.

Uele is a beast.

We’re quickly getting to the point where player movement is going to start getting pretty rapid. Would be nice if we could wrap up Thompson, Aloiai and Fonua. I’m pretty meh about the rest.

Hooker IMO is our biggest concern. Without Farah we have one FG quality hooker whom is made of tissue and spit.

I don’t think we can afford to keep carrying to many small men on our edges anymore...Other teams know that’s one of our biggest weaknesses and just pepper them with high kicks in attack constantly, which unfortunately more often than not results in a try... Some tall timber the likes of Rapana, Oaks, Okunbor, Hiroti all come to mind. I would also like to see young Dylan Smith get a go on the wing from all reports his doing well in the Canterbury Cup.

Agree, that should be our first priority in terms of outside club signings. I've seen a few mention Koroisau as a target but he's signed until 2021 with Manly.

Liddle was quality again today. I would re-sign him, but given injury history I would be looking for a better than average back up

He will walk right into Cammy's spot once he retires, which will probably be next year.

Danny Levi goes ok, still young and learning, but put in a sharp performance for the Knights today.

@Spud_Murphy I would not pick Danny Levi at all... I would rather ET there and that is just mad stuff.. Struggles to read the game and would rather spend a decent coin on a top notch Dummy half.
