This all sounds a bit chaotic

This all sounds a bit chaotic because we have not one a game in a while and people are so bored out of their minds they either make up rumors, critique club administrators and/or the coach. Its like the mad mob at the Saloon before the hanging.

A public hanging is a great idea i wish i had thought of it first.First in line should be the 2 board members who betrayed Marina Go and rolled over to the NRL closely followed up by the non talking/doing anything new chairman(he can take his grange with him).
When you think of it we could make it a annual reenactment like Bastille Day and celebrate it on the same day the french got rid of their useless monarchy.I feel this could remove the apathy that that exists within the club with a new motto "Perform or Perish"

I always said that most of your mob is living in a wrong century.
You might need a time travel machine to get your kicks.

This reminds me of that little girl in the Cadbury's add, handing over her trinkets for a block of chocolate.

Best ad on TV..

Very similar to the way we run our recruitment retention department.

Apparently we've signed Tim Mannah...

https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/nrl/teams/eels/eels-skipper-tim-mannah-to-join-west-tigers-immediately/news-story/e0e2a2e86a1187d47862e8e9665a621f?fbclid=IwAR176svXeRICYGzUMmKlHXONnz2DZX5ZdvuV0HG_ZPZVRIhq1ly1btiK2oE

Ha beat me to it. Says if deal goes through its only for remainder of this season. I'll grab the popcorn. Should be some good response to this

My god. Are we collecting washed up forwards?

Didn't have time to make the popcorn....

Well i spoke with the guy i know at the Dragons and he said that the Dragons coach congratulated him and told to take the deal after Packer told him he got a big money offer from the West Tigers Packer came to the Tigers injured and refused the medical check before he sign on

Also the reason Big Ben signed on with the Tigers is because he refused the medical check at the Knights and Tigers was ok with him saying no to it

Also personal opinion i think Tigers signed Timmy is to put big Ben in reggies to get him to leave

I don't believe a word of that - no club including WT would sign a player on a large long term contract without a medical check done. Maybe you can ask your mate to provide some proof - bet he can't.

Jake Turpin was mentioned some time back as one that was as good as signed. The Mole suggests it's Jake Simpkins from under 18s Broncos that we're after.

We signed Jake Simpkins 2 weeks ago..so the Moley is right on speed

I don't believe that our suspended CEO is totally in the sin bin. He'd be working away behind the scenes incognito for sure. Show me a club that wouldn't bend the rules a little.

I hope he's not - working 'behind the scenes' certainly didn't work well for Flanagan and the Sharks.

Sweet as, didn't notice it here. So the whole Turpin thing was wrong? Or was it simply a mix up in names only?

No it didn't, but you know, what are the chances of him not having the occasional coffee with people that he feels he needs to? Hard to police.

@diedpretty

Its true its the reason Newcastle did not sign him also the reason the Warriors let him go Big Ben is busted also Packer is gone with his hip and i am the only person talking about Packers hip it will come out at some time about Packer

Was told panic buying it is the Tigers and they did sign Reynolds who every one knows was already busted

Well, there's the thing to clearly put to WT board - were Packer and Reynold's properly checked and medically cleared before WT board and ceo approved their offered contracts? If not, who in authority at WT override the requirement? The coach?

Also- as a side question- with the medical checks, they do seem a bot of a lottery with the fitness of older and injured players. What level of skill / experience do the medical checkers have?

If and i mean if its true we are signing all these players with no medicals we deserve everything we get and whoever sanctioned it should fall on their sword, Im guessing Pascoe is the man that would sanction this in that case correct me if im wrong.

Medical's are par for course in soccer and can be done in a day...

@The_Doc Yep, but thats not my query. It is alleged here that 1 or 2 players (Packer / Reynolds) were signed without the medical and that Packer actually refused the medical. if so, who at WT approved the contracts? Also- what is the skill level and experience of the medical checkers?

No i was agreeing with you its criminal if thats the case, and the skill level of the medical checkers should already be within the club i imagine. The one's assessing and rehabing our own players currently.
