You can’t complain with Capewell and Welch. Both are young players who have proven to be productive at NRL level and come through very good systems. Exactly the type of signings we should make.

Welch: 25 years old 195 cms 110 kgs averages 114 metres a game tackle efficiency of 89.8%. Good off load, breaks tackles and good post contact metres.

Capewell: 25 years old 95kgs averages 107 metres on the edge. Tackle efficiency poor at 83%.

Capewell is mobile and very strong. Underrated player. His missed tackles are mainly because he fly’s around defensively rather than bad technique. I rate him he’d be one of the toughest we have in the gym and he’s a good footballer can read play and use the ball.

Hopefully Packer is not here, and if Mbye can't find a position to call home he won't be either. As much as I like Grub, I am comfortable with him going if we can find a good quality 5/8 or one of our juniors shows the goods.

That's still about 4 mil out of our cap though in those 6 players. At least half of them need to go.

You would certainly hope so but judging by some of the crocks we have bought over the years i have my doubts
