Why would Pascoe physically need to be in the country for this to occur?

Why would Pascoe physically need to be in the country for this to occur?

If it's a big deal he'd probably want to be in-country to comment, talk to the media, maybe even parade the player at a press conference if it's a 2020 deal.

Call me an idiot but I think we go for him, play him at fullback in which he has played a lot of footy where it gives him a lot more ball and opportunity to do the special things we all know he’s capable of

We'll have the money for him next year. He's won a couple of premierships, so he can chase the coin elsewhere and try to be one of those players that lifts another side to a premiership.

He does have a lot of X-Factor - he also has heaps of attitude, i.e. bad attitude.

I'd pass on him myself, not worth the exorbitant of money we would have to pay.

Would rather have 2 really good players instead of.

Not that we would have any chance of him coming here anyway.

I wouldn’t be holding my breathe on an announcement today. We can only officially make offers today so unless the player was given permission to negotiate beforehand the deal wouldn’t be announced for a week or two.
