The Trell was always going to be a high risk signing with the real chance of being a Owen Cragie Mark II. Although very early days to be writing him off. Although not sure he will hold the no1 jumper for much longer.

I was keen as when the news first broke , then they showed him 4 weeks removed from playing for Aus at his farm , and he looked like he’d eaten a small child .
I think the tigers did the same thing at the time . Offered him the coin , knowing Madge would smash him . If he took it great , if not also great .

Huge red flags at the time ! Considering 50% of first grade , is being fitter than the opposition.
I feel like screaming at the so called experts who, hammered the tigers at the time .

I reckon Bennett would be fuming at LMs attitude. Apparently he went back to Taree midweek and Bennett didn't know - but said it was ok because it was his day off. So much for isolation.

I was laughed at by posting do not go near this guy , Mitchell this and that great signing ... sorry lazy and has huge amount of baggage , my predication the Owen Cragie comparison is spot on and he from now on will struggle.

I was one of the guys cheering for us to sign LM but glad we got AD instead.. (Even happy we missed Lomax)
He will get better as he gets fitter and if he was under Madge he would of been rusty at this stage as well but when you think about it the Roosters don't let great players go without a fight if they are wanted.. Something fishy i think.

Me too. We’ve dodged some bullets the last 12 months. Mitchell, Lomax And DWZ.

Also letting Masters was s good move. He was terrible the other night. Made errors pretty much every time he touched the ball. He will be playing Qcup soon.
