Aside from their lack of talent I'd hazard a guess that they aren't overly intelligent to go with that.....refusing a pay cut was never going to end well for them😀

Players on minimum wage contracts shouldn't be taking a 60% reduction. You can't live off $25-30k.

Well the 3 that refused a pay cut will be living off less than that now.

I wonder why the club hasn’t announced the contract extension of Momirovski? He’s said he’s agreed to a deal and by all reports they were just waiting for the NRL to register it. They’re able to do that now and no announcement still.

Maybe it has to do with Momirovski being in Melbourne or something just seems strange to not announce it considering a lot of fans were worried we won’t get him back

Liddle has been talked up to have really good potential. But that's only potential, he's not definitely going to be a superstar. We need to hedge our bets, give him a go, but look at other options as well.

Herbie Farnworth spoken about today in the News Ltd. papers as having 5 NRL clubs and a couple of rugby clubs after him. didn't name specifics, but you'd have to assume we'd be after him as he fits exactly what we need.
