Sadly mate, he still the player most likely to create a try, on the other hand he probably the most likely to miss the tackle that leads to a try.
A few years ago the balance sheet was in Benji’s favour now it’s heading the other way. Time to retire or head to ESL at the end of the season

I agree with you if he is done or we can't afford him in the cap. The problem is you've been stating this for a couple of seasons while he has been playing on the whole awesome footy for us.

If he keeps killing it and is prepared to stay on for a reasonable amount we should try and retain him. If he isn't performing or wants too much hopefully they give him a tap on the shoulder. I feel pretty confident that Madge will make the right decision here though.

I appreciate your view, but Benji is stopping us using Grub and stopping us getting any other half, because they know they will be playing second fiddle to Benji, that is my opinion on it, and Benji in 2 games this year has had one good game and one shocker, that is how he rolls, time to get a consistent 6 in the team.

We've had this debate a few times. Benji is one of the best value halves in the league. I doubt he would cause us cap issues. He said he's playing for basically nothing.

The team that will win the comp is the team that can build a squad with the most upside for the price.

Benji is playing above what he would be getting paid. Until that changes, I want him around.

Surprised no one has snapped him up. I have a feeling he won’t play footy again until next year just like how a few others players left the game for a short while due to the virus

I sort of agree with you. I don't think Reynolds is that consistent player. Benji does though have to play consistently. He was awesome in round 1 and terrible in round 2 and you can't play like that throughout the season.

I am not trying to diminish Benji's legacy, that will stand the test of time, it is just time to let him go and find a long term 6
