Grant is already signed with Melbourne for 2022..they know how much it costs them..2023 he is off contract...open market..

Grant does not appear to be the type who would sook for more money like some other players I could mention..

You're right, he doesn't seem like the type, but he has a manager that wants the most money possible for his client.

Blind Freddy can see that Grant could command big dollars today.

I'm not sure what you'd pay the kid, but Bellamy doesn't seem like the type to get in the way of a bloke that stands to make $600k+ per season either.

I'm being objective when I say that when the Storm allowed the swap, it made things messy for them. Anything can happen.

You'd hope the club keeps him around because I think he still offers more than Madden and Walters plus would be an amazing mentor to have around. And... we've extended his career when no one else wanted to. As it is I don't fully understand why we've let CT go to the Titans since we don't have much depth in the backs.

My guess would be Roosters with the connection to George Pell, Roosters yes will get Cotric (been thinking that for years) but not Fifita, he might stay at the Donkeys or go to Titans for massive money, but he'll stay in Qld.

Really don't want Josh Addo-Carr back with Wests Tigers, as i think that his behavior during lock down does not value add to the teams overall culture.
I also hear he was fighting the fines imposed by the NRL although he had been warned previously about breaches and just did what he pleased.
He would also be asking for significant $ more than what he would be worth.

Doesn't matter mate, gives us something to think about, but wouldn't it be nice for us to land a genuinely good player in the prime of his career, we never are able to pull this off, the roosters on the other hand can, 2 or 3 at a time no less

If Cam Smith retires Harry goes straight back and the Storm will offload Brandon Smith. They won’t keep a big money hooker of they have Grant on the cheap. If Smith plays on Harry Grant will stay at the Tigers. We will have cash to spend and Madge is the best coach outside of Bellamy.
