Oates might be a good pick up not the best winger but a big body not sure what price he would command though

With Johnson being shown the door at south's, don't be surprised if Corey oats takes his spot
He and Wayne are old buddies and the timing couldn't be more perfect
If that happens then Addo-carr could come home to the tigers
Bulldogs will offer more $ but the Tigers are on the up and the Bulldogs are well and truly stuck on the bottom rung of the ladder
I can't see Josh going from a top team to a bottom team
Oh but wait
The Roosters have found $400,000 in their cap
If Addo-Carr wants to return to Sydney early then maybe Bellamy and Madge can strike a deal

We should be offering JAC what it takes to get him here. It is an ongoing position of weakness we haven't been able to fill.

I'm not sold on JAC, his numbers so far are well down on previous years.

Not sure whether it's because he's homesick or has been affected by the disruption that's occurred due to COVID.

He's also expensive, way more than we should pay for a winger. I had him in my fantasy team and he didn't crack 20 points in 5 rounds, so I traded him.

I really liked Talau's game on Sunday, he has plenty of potential, he's young and with time he could easily own our left attacking edge.

He’s not expensive at all in fact I think his contract was on the cheaper side for wingers, who are normally on smaller money anyway

I'll take that back mate, JAC has been reported to be on 330K + TPA's. I can't find a comparison for Nofo or Talau but I'm sure they're both on less + they're currently doing a better job.

I still don't think JAC is our answer, and I'm sure he'll ask for more coin when he moves.

Talau would be close to minimum wage. Pretty sure Nofa is on more money than most wingers JAC is a gun but Mbye isn’t a creative attacking centre so if he’s there still JAC will not be as good. Hard to pass up the quality he’s got though and we definitely need a winger for next year

Thought i read somewhere Nofo was on about $400K

What does everyone think about bateman? He would be that x factor in our pack which is what we need. Might need another second rower if lawrence retires as well.

I,m always surprised that we cannot source big fast wingers.Surely we have scouts looking at Fiji,Somoa, NZ and lower grades not to mention RU.It is not a position that needs great football brains, just speed ,height, and attitude.Years ago it was the 7 that was the general and still is but the 9 also shares this role today.Key players worth big dollars we all know are 1,6,7,9 and big mobile front rowers, this is where the big money should be targeted.

@JoshColeman99 @The_Doc

Not sure about 400k but if that's right Nofo is definitely earning his money atm.

My opinion is that I don't think we need JAC.

Jennings (hopefully he'll be back soon) and Talau are getting the job done and we also have Reece Hoffman who can play both centre and wing as a fall back.

Hoffman's tape looks really good, and if our edge goes to sh#t or has any more injuries I'm sure Madge will blood him this year.

Hoffman is a strong centre, as is Talau. We need pure pace on the wings.

I think he's a great player Isaac. I feel bad for Ricky, the Raiders and their supporters. It will leave a pungent smell in the National Capital.

Jac will want 500k and that's fair enough. Nof is on 450-500k and for a player so easily targetted in defence/the air that's way too much. Nof is one of the highest paid wingers in the game.

@pawsandclaws1 i hope the likes of Kei are still with the Tigers next year. Very frustrating when we finally had another good crop of juniors and thye cna't play and are essentially contractless and and with no way of demonstrating their value. Do you know if the flegg and CC guys are even training? I get the impression that all Flegg and CC players are spending a year working as brickies, playing playstation and working out. Absolutely awful for their development, not a footy in sight.

What, we're going to ask if we can loan our players to Dubbo CYMS and get them to move there for the rest of the year? Turns out it's an awful year for the Magpies to have stopped fielding sides in Sydney Shield and Ron Massey.

Has a massive opinion of what he thinks he is worth and the attitude to go with it, let him go to the dogs and he can take that club even further into the mire.

How does a club not realise after 7 or 8 years what they’re missing The Dogs forward pack is solid as a rock. Why the hell would they waste 700k give or take on a backrower, regardless how good he is. They are in dire need of a halfback and have been for as long as I can remember. All brawn, no brains.
