Sheens said hes gone…wont play again

you heard that from the horses mouth?

Simon was at the game sitting behind sheens. Arm still in a sling - and not just a normal sling - it was still pretty jury rigged up… tis not looking good, but hey, never say never.

From Sheens' mouth

I saw Sheens on Fox sports on the weekend say words to the effect that Simon thinks he will be back, but that Sheens himself doubted it. Something along the lines of "He thinks he will be, but I will be very surprised to see Simon back in first grade". By no means was Sheens ruling Simon out, just that he did not expect him back. Probably a fair postition given the injury.

I myself will back Simon to make a comeback! You can do it Simon!!!!

The perfect replacement for when Ellis goes back to the UK.

Time is on his side and he will be back cross fingers toes and every thing else

Simon its simple mate

Prove all these doomsdayers wrong and work hard and you can make it back

Never give up and never surrender The majority on the forum have total faith in you champion

Sheens will be on Rush Hour on Triple MMM between 6and7pm tonight. Heard a preview last night and he discusses Simon Dwyer could be interesting.

Given that apparently simon draws inspiration from this forum, I think that has to be the most idiotic thing you have ever written ink.

I didnt write it hammer….dont shoot the messenger...sheens said it...fox interview last saturday

I dont make crap up like some here champ!

Has anyone got anything regarding Tim Sheens on "The Rush Hour" on MMM?

Would like to know how that went and if it shed any light onto Dwyer's situation.

Fingers crossed he'll be good for next year!

I appologise Ink.

Well Sheens is an idiot. No wonder the team never has fire in their belly or hits hard with this guy as a motivator.

Great news about Simon!!!!!!!

I don't know about you all, but I completely forgot about him, whats the story with him?

You've got to be joking, none of us on here have forgotten about Simon.
Go back and read some of the old posts and that will answer your question.

Of course Sheens said what he did - He wouldn't want to put any pressure at all on Simon - given what a big fight Simonn has ahead of him but of course Sheens has been talking privately to Simon

I've seen Dwyer at both the Rabbitohs and Broncos games around the coach's box. Not only does he look incredibly small these days, but he looks really really depressed. I hope everything is OK, such a tough injury to have when you're so young.

Looking at his size, I very much doubt that even if he miraculously recovered from the injury today he'd play in 2013.

On top of everything else he's a WT fan so not hard to believe he looked depressed at the Souths and Brisbane games… It's all very much wait and see - anything is a massive bonus.
