Ive told this story a few times on here , but love it.
The morning of GWS first game I saw 2 kids (and they were kids) in the GWS kit having a kick, I had a quick chat and asked if they were playing and they were (they ended up being Toby Green and Thomas Bugg, but i had no clue who they were at the time)
when they thought i was out of ear shot I heard one say to the other, can you believe when we wake up tomorrow we will be AFL players, they were so excited, kids about to achieve their dream, it was awesome to see,
