Sitaleki Akauola

He was great on Sunday.

I had never really noticed him before the GF, or paid him much attention.

A blinder in a GF gets you plenty of attention, good on him, killed it.

Same can be said for Jesse Sue, He was amazing in the GF, before that I knew he was pretty good, but he looked like a world beater on Sunday!

I thought he played better in the preliminary final. Him and Foto were barnstorming in the first 25 mins of the PF.

Actually Akauola has always reminded me of Ali Lautaiti ex Warriors player

Don't know why

I thought this too. The lanky backrower who can hold the ball in one hand can be very good. They usually have some mistakes in them but will also come up with great plays like we saw Sunday.

I watched a bit of the 20s this year and tbh he had never stood out before. Keep in mind he came on with about 25 to go and the game was pretty much wrapped up.

Can still play the 20s next year and will be very keen to watch his progress

Good news , he should get more game time with a few blokes stepping up to BRET and full time squad

Just a reminder, there is no more BRET.

Sorry Col my bad

Have just started my hundred lines "Happy must remember their is no BRET anymore"

OK if I abbreviate BRET or do I have to write the whole name out Col
