As i said in the other Sita thread, he runs hard and offloads well but is soft in defence and doesn't handle criticism well and this may have impacted his depression.

He only signed a 1 year NSW cup contract for this year so if other clubs wanted him he could have signed for them at any time.

Id have sworn we resigned him for 2 years… at the end of 2014?
- pretty sure he's still contracted for next year.

I agree I thought he was re-signed for two years last year so unless released will be with the Tigers in 2016!!

Very poor defender, makes loads of mistakes and gives away alot of penalties.

He was a fringe NYC and NSW cup player that Potter gave an unexpected chance to, he grabbed it, but the reality is that is not an NRL player.

I would imagine that is one of the hardest parts about being a coach, having to endure the fan observations who only remember or analyse highlight reel plays.

Like Adam Blair, all the players and coaches raving about his 1%, when even at Broncos, I don't see him playing that well (and by virtue of FNF I've seen a lot of the Broncos this year). Oh people will say he is doing well under new structures etc., but the reality is he is playing in a really good side, when your 1%s are more appreciated, because the rest of the team is playing at a high level.

Your 1%s or your odd strong hit-up means jack if the team is struggling to put on points or stop missing tackles.

I agree I thought he was re-signed for two years last year so unless released will be with the Tigers in 2016!!

He is, signed until the end of 2016 on 29 July 2014

Fair point Crusader, personally i dont buy the form or lack of hard work label leveled at him.

He is a square peg in a round hole under Taylor, just the way it is, no ones fault.

With a coach willing to invest in him i think he has a lot of potential.

He'd be an immortal under any other coach.

He's not worth a bean - Taylor knows that and that is why he is looking elsewhere.

No way Russell. Clubs are lining up for him. Taylors the dud. I heard Hayne has been taking him up to the NFL powerbrokers.

Let the other clubs have him.

You can only rate someone on the games you have seen them play.

All I have seen the majority of games I have seen him play is a lot of missed tackles, offloads that go to ground and he doesn't scare anyone taking the ball up.

Maybe they have him mixed up with someone else Gallagher.
He would have no chance of playing NFL - wouldn't believe that mate.
