Bring in VAR for EPL asap

Did anyone realize that if you hand ball and are offside at very same time and the linesman raises his flag it is still a goal according to Bobby Manley ??

Have a look at the last Bournemouth goal if you get the chance , absolutely mind boggling to say the least

VAR? VAR won't fix the problem, we will just stop the game, stand around for 10 minutes…...and still probably get the decision wrong anyway.
