It's just confidence, hey.
Bowen is still firing, the shots are just not going in.
I have a good feeling for the Hammers (and the Spurs too).
Well this was the week for me ......and yet again they tripped over their own shoelaces ....2 shots on target v Fulham ......I'm ready for the worst case scenario

Archie Gray wins it for Spurs with his first Premier League goal as Spurs hold on to defeat Crystal Palace 1 nil
  • Teenager Archie Gray heads Tottenham in front before half-time
  • Spurs hang on despite Richarlison having two goals disallowed
  • Tottenham climb to 11th and within reach of the top half
Teenager Archie Gray's first senior goal ensured Tottenham bounced back from consecutive Premier League defeats with a narrow victory over Crystal Palace, as Thomas Frank's side ended the year on a positive note at Selhurst Park.

Overnight, the Championship games continued and .......

Middlesbrough went down 0-1 to Hull City.
Darko Gyabi's goal earned in-form Hull City an impressive Championship win at Middlesbrough which moves them to within two points of their second-placed opponents.

The Tigers midfielder capitalised on great work by Kyle Joseph in the first half to secure a win which stretches his side's unbeaten run to five games.

Defeat at the Riverside means that Boro have now gone three games without a win, or a goal, and they now have the play-off pack breathing down their necks in the chase for promotion.

Three points at home for MIllwall to finish 2025 as they defeat Bristol City 2-1

Macaulay Langstaff came off the bench to score a late winner as Millwall beat Bristol City for the second time in a month in the Championship.

The reverse fixture at Ashton Gate at the beginning of the month ended with ugly scenes after the final whistle and FA charges handed out to both clubs.

With that match ending 1-0 to Millwall, the Lions have completed the double over the Robins for just the second time this century thanks to Langstaff's 81st-minute strike.

Coventry's defeat is not too costly as they remain eight points clear at the top but Middlesbrough's loss to Hull City is a blow for the Teessiders with the Tigers now only two points behind them.

Ipswich also move within two points of second-placed Boro with that victory at the Sky Blues.

Millwall are back in the top six and what an impact Javi Gracia is having at Watford who are into the play-off places for the first time this season.

Oxford's defeat and that late win for Portsmouth means the U's are back in the relegation zone while Norwich are four points adrift as a result of that late loss to Watford.

2025 ends in defeat for QPR as they go down to West Bromich Albion

West Bromwich Albion beat Queens Park Rangers at The Hawthorns to ease the pressure on head coach Ryan Mason.

George Campbell opened the scoring with a header from a corner before QPR levelled through a Ousmane Diakite own goal, also via a set-piece.

Centre-half Nat Phillips then restored Albion's lead early in the second half with a powerful header from Mikey Johnston's right-sided free-kick.

With Rangers pushing for another equaliser, the game opened up for both sides but West Brom held firm.
