wOW THE TIGERS SOCIAL CLUB WILL NEVER BE THE SAME !

Does ryan and heighinton realise that when they started to make grade and upgrade contracts that senior players would of been squeezed out of the club then ?? its business Every club does this not just the WESTS TIGERS its like we r in a bubble . Think about Benny galea skando hodgson and other senior players they would of got squeezed .
Beau is a good solid first grader he is experienced now , then look at Korbeite no experience andsee wat he does ??
Beau has a public profile take that away he is still just a good footballer nothing special good luck at sharks . Harden up boys and maybe cancel the social club it might work

There is a fine line between a team, and just a bunch of mates. We need to find that line, clearly define it, and stay on the right side of it. THEN we'll see the Tigers that we used to know

How about we stop telling players that we will offer them contracts and then never live up to our end of the bargain?

I have no problem moving Beau and Heighington on if it's part of a clean out, but the way they left was disgraceful. First all the crap with Moltzen and now this, we are a joke of a club.

Yeah that's possibly the most bewildering part of this for me. We didn't release Moltzen because of a paperwork thing and now never put the paperwork in front of Beau to sign. What's going on there?

Nailed it. Beau's 3 year deal was announced back in April, come end of season and he's left with no guarantee of a start in the NRL for 2013\. A contract with the Sharks till the end of 2015 means he can finish his career playing professional football in this country. Maybe the Tigers would have renewed the contract, or maybe it would have been Beau Knows French Superleague next year. When an employer leaves you in limbo, it's best to take any other opportunities that come along.

This kind of behaviour by WT management not only affects retention amongst their senior players, it also makes the club a less appealing prospect for talented juniors. Come to the Tigers, we'll look after you. Maybe.

This is a ploy a lot of clubs use when they are chasing other talent

They will string you along until they do or don't get their man

Then they pull out of negotiations or they then offer you the contract

Usually this isn't something that happens overnight
