I think part of it falls on Stefano’s injury aswell.

To me it seems like he is not playing at 100% and we are using him very conservatively without losing match fitness

Could be wrong and it sounds like a weird way to manage an injury but he doesn’t even look like 1/4 the player he was last year

Fair enough but in my opinion we have the right coach , I don’t feel there was much he could do no matter how he rotated them , they. g

i just think we got crushed and I can’t see how any bench rotation could have stopped that , not a coach blunder in mmy opinion

I agree with you. I don't think the coach is the issue. I'd be retaining him until the end of his contract unless it becomes clear Madge is a problem.

I reckon that Saturdays loss was also contributed to the players coming back not 100% fit...
Hastings moon boot all week and we knew he had an injury..
Brooks rushed in ...kicking game was skewiff....
Ken M still running on 1 leg....
Steph unfit and still carrying an injury,its obvious by his play....
Laurie back and did ok...

Star and AJ on the right hand side got played by the more experienced opposition,their D needs a lot of work...
Tamou,Offa played very well the others didnt seem to want to be in the game in the second half...they all have to learn to play for 80 minutes and hold the pressure...our guys seem to succumb at the slightest hint of full on pressure...
 
Klemmer has been killing it at knights this year. Would be a perfect pickup to sure up the middle. Is aggressive, dents the line, has an offload

I would not blame Star and AJ solely for the right side capitulation as I doubt they have played much together

Inside defenders Jacko & Lucy aswell as the markers not sliding and filling the gaps are just as much to blame

we defended a lot better when Garner plugged a gap in the centres honestly

One blight on Jacko I’ve noticed is how far back he hangs in the defensive line. Not sure if it’s due to injury but he is always behind the others around him, noticed it a lot this year and especially this weekend

I don’t think he does it on purpose , more so he just lacks pace.. we don’t really have the cattle to make up for his defensive deficiencies either

Our mob played really well in the 1st half and deserved their lead.
The Bunnies as a whole were able to step up the intensity in the 2nd half and simply blew Us off the park with their forwards running over the top of Our Blokes.
I truly believe as a Team we tried as best we could, and some 'disgraceful' 😡 decisions from the Ref and the Bunker went against Us which without doubt changed the course of the game.

Personally, I think Liddle has played his best football last few games.

Blatant forward passes that resulted in 2 trys plus other bad decisions against Us.
One of South's trys the Ref could not possibly have seen the ball touch the ground but he awarded it without hesitation.
Sorry CFK but I gotta disagree and say the Ref and Bunker are NOT functioning in a rite and proper way.
C'mon ... 😖 😡 there's gotta be an inquiry 😆.

We just needed more ball in the SH and didn't get it.

On top of that Souths had a dropsy free SH.

If things continued as they were 1st half we win hence the gamble with players not 100%. The reserve graders would have been belted from earlier.

4 tries conceded on our right side 0 conceded on our left .The left was Kenny and Naden . The right side should have been Nofo and Garner as temp till Roberts or Douehi become available . Still wouldn't have stopped the 3 soft tries in the middle
