Souths have become what we should have

Every time I watch Souths play it's like a look back to the future of what we should have turned into after 2005, and when I read MM benched one of his souths players I wonder what we could have been if the tigers players were held more accountable for their performances.

So hats off to Potts for his team this week, and hopefully he keeps up letting some of the players peel oranges instead of swanning around like Kanye west.

I totally agree.

They were perennial under achievers and then slowly started putting the pieces together. It all started with recruitment a few seasons back - GI, the Burgess boys, Michael Crocker. They've added more each year and blooded a few juniors, might I add not rushing them, ie Reynolds, Peats, Farrell, and brought in a new coach.

As much as I hate South Sydney, hats off to them, they've done what we couldn't

back in ancient history macdougal, barely counts.

they remind me of the celtics in the NBA who are also green. They've got the most rings of any team but they won em all yonks ago. They've won one in the last 20-30 years. Rabbitohs at none.

Amazing what confident management can do to a team. Good to see that they arn't the easy beats of the comp any more…........ooops, I think that would be us at the moment.
