Soward is still a good half, despite what people say about him. He has one of the best kicking games in the competition, probably the best long kicking game. He is also probably the fastest half in the competition. If used correctly, he can be extremely good. He also follows a game plan effectively. His defence is not as bad as people think it is, but as mentioned earlier, he is a bit of a speed bump.

He seems to lack natural flair and courage, which seems to be his major downfall.

Are you saying that Carney is going to sign with Penrith too? Dunno why they would sign two 5/8th's if true.

Good luck with Soward Penrith, at least your own fans will have someone new to hate. Farah should have punched the little prancing ponce to a pulp last Sunday, not quite sure why he didn't, it would have been justified.
