the big shock for me is the value of the titans this year. 2.10 to make the 8 is something that is very tempting even the 21 to win the title is good but thats a waste because we will win that

Don't bring up odds Still curse the wife for not letting me put 50 on the Tigers in 2005 when we were 150-1 after the loss to Broncos (could see we had great draw after saints game )

Bulldogs are going to be a lot better team than people think . Having Eastwood back makes a big difference with them Eastwood is a very underrated footballer in my eyes Lost a lot without the General at the back though

i was under impression he has broken hand/or arm, still a great asset to a team.
alot depends on how their halves go.
they could be the dark( dogs) horse this season.

Best bet of the weekend for mine would have to be Manly to beat Melbourne. I didnt like the look of Melbourne's team before they were struck down by injury but without Slater and Sika Manu, aswell as injury clouds over Stanely and Champion I think Manly @ 2.45 are great odds.

When it comes to top 8 odds I think the best bet is Dogs at 1.60.

Yep, i agree.

But, you would never take a 1.60 bet over 7 months… hehehehe

Dunno why cause I have picked Cowbees for the wooden spoon ,but I have this feeling they are a big chance against Broncos

Sportingbets have taken the tigers v dogs match off the market. Obviously a reaction the Benji incident.

the dogs will improve on last year, but it may take them a while.

i think getting them first up is good for us

I backed us at 75-1 ish than again at 105-1, only $10 each time, the money did not even cross my mind to about tues after we won, winning the GF is enough

that said $50 at 150-1 might have made me think more about the money

interestingly i have not backed us to win the premiership any other year till now!!
