I'll NEVER EVER forget the rubbish we copped from saints supporters on the way out of Homebush last year. If I wasn't such a gracious loser (or have my family with me) it would have been stacks on in the carpark!

I especially remember one particularly arrogant mug yelling at us from the safety of his car to "show us some respect", cause they'd won and deserved priority and should be allowed in front of a traffic jam going no-where!

I'd like to thank my psychologist for laying that one to rest.

Yeah must have been in the same car park!! Were they blowing their stupid trumpets ans singing their stupid songs??

I took everything they said to me with a gracious smile and laugh, it took all of my strength not to just ram my car straight into theirs,

I hate the dragons :rant :rant :rant

Anyone know the average home crowds for us and the Saints? I bet ours are better than theirs.

Afraid not :frowning:

For 2011:
Wests Tigers: 17054
St George: 18320

In saying that we have had some wet weather games this year. And they have also had matches at the SCG and the ANZAC Day clash.

I love the too and fro with the dragon army at games. Their arrogance early in the game gives you so much ammunition.

I was at the raiders game last monday. The crap the dragons were carrying on with at half time was embarrassing. To see the raiders get up had me rubbing it into them as we were leaving.

It was a strange feeling lol.

Tell me about it, they win 1 premiership and they think they are another immortal team ala from the 50's or what ever, going to win 11 straight. Does my head in. Can't wait till next year to see what happens without their master coach. Should be interesting.

Tells me their fans are feeling the pressure too…as its evident their team is.

It's funny, I've lived up here on the Central Coast for over 12 years now and, up until this year, I barely saw, or met, a St George supporter. However, since their premiership win last year, now they are everywhere! I think their 'supporters' should be the last people calling other teams' supporters bandwagoners.

If you really want to get under Saints skins ask them how are they going to go without the worlds best coach Agree with you Inkexpect to see lots of choking again in the future

i've spoken to a few dragon fans, and they literally believe that this current dragons team is the greatest rugby league team to ever lace up a pair of boots :crazy
so thats 1 of the reasons why them hitting the wall has been so sweet
this premiership was won even before a ball had been kicked off this yr.Anyone remember the hype about the dragons during the trials? they beat Souths in the charity shield and the media were prepaired to give them the trophy :crazy
but as far as this thread is concerned: who cares what a nobody ringing a radio station has to say

Let me tell you, there's no bigger bandwagon than the Eels. When the Eels got done in 2009, you'd swear that there were a few sore heads after 50,000 people collectively took a head first dive off the bandwagon. As the old adage goes, you only know an Eels supporter when they're winning.

As for the Saints supporter ringing up Hadley and co, methinks there'll be a few brand new Dragons jerseys being left in the closet next weekend after being run down by a couple of cellar dwellers two weeks straight. One win in the last five weeks champion!

I don't believe it, 2GB must have been actually talking about football for that saints dribbler to ring up amazing and unusual.

Two of the biggest clubs in Sydney play on Friday for what will be the biggest clash of the season. There will be broadsides all week from the fans so who cares.

Also, they sleep with their cousins.
