Credit to Benji he is backing up his standards when costly performances occur.

I have zero confidence in Toa but lets see how he responds. Really hope he seeks a release to play ESL or somewhere else

I agree and support the coach for digging in and sticking to standards. We need it if we are to make the finals

Herbert is an intercept merchant, his defence is not much better than toa's.
like toa' good game against cowboys last year at LO Herbert had a good game against Newcastle who were missing Best, Ponga etc.
Both are very poor options from a defence perspective

Yeah but you’ve gotta dig out the archives to find T’oas last good game. Atleast Herbert has a bit of recent form with Cup and the Knights game. Slim pickings I guess

that is cup though... Toa probably comes out and plays well in cup this week.
All I am saying is Herbert is not very good defensively either. Attack wise Herbert is pretty ok, perhaps better in attack than Toa

Whatever Herbert's deficiencies, Benji had to drop Toa. He was disgraceful.

Fact is Herbert atleast performed in Cup, and rightly got promoted. A traffic cone would have defended better than T’oa against the sharks

I've got a few of them, traffic cones/witches hats.
I used to run a small traffic control business. I still have enough for a 1km contraflow 😂😂 I also have some stop/go signs, a few bollards & some tiger tails.....I could lend them to Benji for that edge??

With their star halfback coming back from injury the Storm are going to be a different proposition than in their last few weeks, they certainly won't be a pushover.

Our boys will have to contain both him & Grant around the ruck, put them.on their backs to slow the play the ball "legally" not giving away 6 agains lying all over them.

Agree with your concerns about Hughes coming back after missing last week, but aside from that game I think he has played in all of their losing games this season.

He has generally been fairly ineffective, but with the Craig Bellamy thing, them being at home, Wests Tigers being decimated all over the park and the history of Storm putting a score on us does not exactly fill you full of confidence.

Hoping for a big bounce back by our boys but as I have already said, not exactly brimming full of confidence.

At least Herbert puts his damn body in front of the runner… Toa deadset played the lamest, most catty game of NRL I have ever seen from a centre since one of toss other games last season… he is lazy and disinterested

Mak and tiny both left centres, one needs to go to the right sooner or later.

mason at centre is not a goid defender either at fullback he is ok.
