State of Origin 2026

Daley will stick with the proven failures.
I’m curious to see what happens on the wing. It wouldn’t surprise me with Daley in charge if for some unknown reason he goes with
1 Edwards
2 To’o
3 staggs
4 trell
5 Critta

I just hope Jenkins doesn’t even touch the origin conversations tho

Only "debenture" holders from the boy's club will be considered for NSW coaching positions with a minimum 90% of players selected from Panthers, Roosters, Storm or Broncos squads. After a decade of losses the coach can be temporarily replaced by the vice-president before returning to coach another unbeatable team to defeat for another decade. It's a similar governance structure to HBG.

over rated toss pot. More so with tweaking eligibility rules. Game as a whole would be better off if it flowed like a SOO. Bah humbug - old man shouting at clouds -enjoy to your delights
Bring back the biff

It's sad because it's true.

Nathan Hindmarsh killing it at club level, missing stacks of Origin.

Actually I can only remember one player of the WT who got the origin nod and that's Stefano.
But even then he was 18th man for ages, then got the nod and really did not do too much with it.

(that said Origin is like that, or I think it's like that. You have the best in the game lining up against you. You can be flogging your guts out and it will look poor. Because the guys opposite are flogging their guts out too).

Meh, I am actually kinda happy were not getting picked. We have enough player issues as it is.
