State of Origin 2026

Probably didn’t deserve a send off, but his shoulder did connect with Koula’s head and put him out of the game. Yes their heads clashed, but that was after the initial shoulder to head contact. He didn’t even try to wrap his arms around the player, which in my book is a shoulder charge. It’s not a good look and he does it all the time. Ponga is going to have to change his technique to avoid any future problems.
I don’t agree.
It was a body tackle that went wrong when another defender changed the alignment of the attacker a split second before collision.
Pure accident, 10 in the bin for being negligent.

Fair enough, I guess we see it differently. In any case, I still think it would be wise for Ponga to maybe stop leading into tackles with his head and shoulder so much. It could cause serious injury to a player if it goes wrong and problems for himself also if the tackle, rightly or wrongly, is deemed to be dangerous.

Game 2

I like Mark N to score a try at $1.90

Half full double
nsw/nsw @ 2.60
draw/nsw @ 19
draw/qld @ 21

Cleary for man of Match @ 5.50

Cleary for wally lewis medal @ 6

That is about it as I have nsw already to win the series

Go the blues

mark played for leichardt wanderers when he was 14 lol
He went from school at St Pats strathfield straight to Eastwood Rugby and Schute Shield
Peter Wallace had 2 years at Carlo Cougars and Kurtly Brale a few seasons at Nth Ryde Hawks with Mitchell Pearce

Cases like these everywhere

Benjis 2 brothers played union for North Rocks...i think they lived with their dad then

mark is a bit like curtley Beale, went to a union school and basically played union its just weird having to go that far back to find league games at 14 for Mark.

As an Eastwood old boy, to me Mark started at the Woodies
