Lol Sporting News article on Facebook rated Steph 7.5 saying he had a great game š Pretty sure they only based it on his first big hit up, he did squat after that. Only gave Luai a 5 whilst acknowledging he was the main link to sparking NSWās second half comeback - go figure.

No way haha, even the moley gave him a 3 and said this at least:
'Looked out of his depth with just five carries for 41 metres - will be the first man dropped for Sydney. Should not have been there on form.'
Yep 3 is more like it

That mole DH gave Mighty Boy 3.5 and said heād be first dropped.
Gave JL 7.5 and credit him for the 2nd half comeback while giving Cleary 5.
It looked to me that Cleary wasnāt fit enough carrying that leg injury.

Those ratings were meaningless, driven by agendas as is most things in this game

Said it a cple of weeks ago..I dont think Stephano has improved at all under Bellamy
Still lazy..lacks lateral movement only runs hard whe he sees a 9 0 a 7 in front of him
May is better than both Stef and King, who is just a club player as well

3.5, how can they rate him so highly?
Sick of these Journos pumping up the tyres of ex Tigers duds like Stefano and "The Galvinator." š¤£ š¤£ š¤£

Honestly don't know how Terrell would go in the Origin arena, but one thing you do know is that the effort would be there and you would also have the option of playing him as an impact player for shorter minutes or as a steady long minutes player providing more interchange options for the coaching staff, or at least for ones who have some sort of a clue.
Donāt usually agree with the Mole but that is a much better assessment, at least of those players.

Stef will never be top shelf, mark my words. You can see it in his eyes, soft passive eyes!

Yeah, and what is even more surprising is that he's producing this mediocre form in mostly dominant displays by the Melbourne team where they have the momentum. He at least looked like he was top shelf on the rare occasion we weren't being dominated at the Tigers, and you'd expect that just being in a better team (ignoring coaching) would lift his performance....but nope.

Agree, I think Ute has plateaued at average whereas Blore has gone to next level at Storm.

Terrell has already played more games at a higher level in half of a season than Stefano did in his entire time with us. Stefano had like 5 good games for us.
I donāt think Blore has been that good at the Storm. Sure, would be an improvement on some of our current backrow options but still not great.

Yeah, I donāt usually click on the mole anymore, but it had something about āfirst man droppedā and I knew it was mighty boy.

Boy the club really dodged a bullet and found a gold nugget with Stefano knocking back the WT offer of $800k a year whilst picking up Terrell. If Stefano had played like Terrell we might not have seen the WT getting 3 wooden spoons.
Maybe Laurie Daley will get over his West Tigers suck attitude and get May who'd play for 60-80 mins to Homebush for game 3 and really deliver what Stefano can't or won't! If Bellamy can't get the best out of him, no one can.
