Stephen Humpreys 250 Days

Everyone has covered all the points already… but yes... he's been great! He's brought what seems to be a whole new level of professionalism. The club seems rock solid was looking pretty shakey there for a moment (with Longmuir).

Moral seems high, sponsors seem keen and the supporters are excited! What more can you ask for?

He has Tim Sheens believing in his own ability again. This is an important point here.

For me, Sheens seemed to be going through the motions at the end of 2009, right now, he looks a more confident, and readily prepared coach. The appointment of Steve Folkes was a master stroke, and that too has seen Sheens really lift his game.

I would be happy for the club to resign Sheens with Humphries in charge. Humphries gives him more reign to do what he wants to do, and being so intelligent, Sheens knows what he needs to win a comp. Humphries will assist him to deliver that.

I think the appointment of Steven Humphries has seen the club look more like a well drilled unit, rather than one person wanting this, and another person wanting that.

You have seen what has happened at the bulldogs with the appointment of an intelligent CEO. This is what seems to be happening at Wests Tigers too.

You beauty.

I say for as long as Sheens is national coach, we should hang on to him. So far you can that has been one of the factors that we have been attracting "bigger" name players.
I must admit, I'm not a far of Sheens' crazy selection brain explosions, but he has built a pretty strong outfit, and we should have NO excuses whatsoever this year for not making the 8.

that is the critical part.
something longmuir didn't understand.

will be interesting to see if the salary cap fines now stop.
attention to detail was not a strong point with noyce.
